Making the guest experience visible

In hospitality, the most critical factor is time. For a guest, excessive waiting is often an invisible decision point: they do not complain — they simply do not return. Yet in most HoReCa venues, waiting times are understood only through subjective impressions.

The system can measure queue lengths and actual waiting times in real time at counters, reception desks, or access points. Through multi-camera tracking, it shows not only how many people are waiting in line, but also how long they stay there and where they go next.

In a hotel environment, for example, it becomes possible to measure exactly when and where congestion occurs during the breakfast period: at reception, in front of the elevator, or at the restaurant entrance. This data makes it possible to temporarily reallocate staff or even redesign the physical space.

The system does not just highlight problems — it also verifies the impact of changes. It shows whether placing a new counter or adjusting the guest flow actually reduces waiting times in a measurable way.
